1. We Chat: Kick-Starting the Organizing Process
First, we will schedule a complimentary video call assessment to get to know you and your space. We can also do a phone consultation, in which case we will need you to send us a video of the area you want to organize to our What’s App at 604-446-3939. Based on the video, we will provide you with an estimate of how long it will take to organize your space and what organizing supplies will be needed for this project.
This is also your chance to share your goals, challenges, budget, and any specific areas that are causing you the most stress. This helps us tailor our approach to your unique needs and preferences. We will also answer any questions you may have about our services.
2. We Schedule: Choose Your Day
Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, we will work with you to choose a day that works best for your schedule. We usually work Monday to Friday. However, if you are not available during business hours, we can occasionally arrange an organizing session on Saturday or Sunday to accommodate your busy lifestyle.
3. We Plan: Arranging Organizing Supplies
Before we arrive, we’ll make sure we have all the necessary organizing supplies. This may include bins, baskets, labels, and other tools. We can also recommend specific storage solutions for your home, such as appropriate shelving units, chest of drawers, new closet system, that may be helpful for your particular needs.
4. We Sort: Let’s Declutter Together
The next step of the organizing process is a collaborative decluttering session. We will work side-by-side, going through your belongings, and helping you make confident decisions about what to keep, donate, or discard. We will provide guidance and support throughout the process, ensuring that you feel confident in your decisions, so you can let go of what no longer serves you.
5. We Organize: Finding a Home for Everything
Once we have decluttered your space, the real fun begins! We will find a logical and functional home for everything that remains. We will create systems that are easy to maintain and that make sense for your lifestyle.
This might involve using bins, baskets, drawer dividers, or other organizational tools to create a space that is both visually appealing and easy to maintain. We will also label everything so that you can easily find what you need.
6. We Pick-Up: Arranging Donations
We understand that letting go of belongings can be difficult. That’s why we offer donation pick-up services up to one car load. We’ll take care of arranging for your unwanted items to be donated to a local charity.
7. We Maintain: Your Organized Home Awaits
Our goal isn’t just to organize your space; it is also to help you keep it organized. In the last step of our organizing process, we will share our best tips, tricks, and systems for maintaining your newly decluttered and organized space.
